We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Dinesh was of lovely support during my week long stay- the food is great, can improve on cleanliness- especially the bedding provided. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
Nice property at a great location. Rooms are good. They are well ventilated and have all necessary amenities. The washroom is a bit small. But they have commendable service and the staff is very facilitative and friendly. The food preparation is very home like and tasty.
Pros-Located at a prime location near most of the sightseeing places and markets.Smooth check-in even at 11.30 pm.Excellent room serviceGood option in the price rangeCons-Standard room is very small, suitable for a single pax but definitely not for a couple or a family.Complementary breakfast is a big let-down. They provide only one dish per person. Bread butter toast is also considered a dish (which in other hotels is provided as a complementary dish in a complementary breakfast).Cleanliness in the rooms can be improved. Sheets were stained and found small cockroaches in the room.
The Hotel is located in the prime location of the city. I got the deal to reside here through Treebo (Rs. 3,501 charged for 2 nights).I had a great Quick Check-in ✅ and Check-out experience there. The room service is also good and adorable.But one thing which is a concern is, the complementary breakfast... Earlier I have experienced Buffet Breakfast very well. But here, they said.. " Take whatever, only 1 piece for 1 person ... LoL" that needs to change. And the second thing is, they need to have pest control, because I found Cockroaches 🪳 and bed bugs 🪲Alas, with this price range I found a well accommodation. Quite a fair place for staying for a short period.
