1. Booking & Reservation Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Guests must provide valid identification (government-approved photo ID) at the time of check-in.

• Advance payment or credit card details may be required to confirm reservations.

• Special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, specific room preferences) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 11:00 AM

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract extra charges.

• Unscheduled extensions of stay will be treated as a fresh booking, subject to availability and applicable rates.

3. Payment Policy

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and cash.

• Room tariffs are subject to applicable government taxes.

• All incidental expenses incurred during the stay (laundry, room service, etc.) must be settled at check-out.

• Rates may vary during festivals, long weekends, and peak seasons.

• No Refund 

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.

• Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms or public indoor areas.

• Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

• Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be chargeable.

6. Children & Extra Beds

• Children below 6 years of age stay complimentary when using existing bedding.

• Extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

• Maximum room occupancy and bed configuration rules apply.

7. Visitors Policy

• For security reasons, visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.

• All visitors must register at the front desk with valid ID proof.

8. Pets Policy

• Currently, pets are not allowed on the property.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• While we strive to ensure a safe and secure environment, the hotel will not be liable for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.

  • Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

10. Modifications to Services

• The hotel reserves the right to change rates, room features, services, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Booking via Third-Party Platforms

• Bookings made through platforms like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc., are subject to their respective terms and conditions in addition to ours.

• Any changes or cancellations for third-party bookings must be initiated via the same platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
